Welcome to the pleasant wineries of Temecula, California. This webpage lists the finest wineries and vineyards in the valley.

Baily Vineyard & Winery
Baily Vineyard & Winery was established in 1986 by Phil and Carol Baily with the goal of producing a very small quantity of excellent wine from their own grapes to be sold primarily out of the winery. Since then, Baily wines have won gold medals at all of the major wine competitions in the state, including the California State Fair, the Los Angeles County Fair, the San Francisco Fair, Orange County Fair, and the San Francisco Wine Competition. The Bailys believe that good wine tastes better with food and food tastes better with wine.

Callaway Vineyard & Winery
Located in the heart of the Temecula Valley, Callaway Vineyard and Winery is home to the Callaway Coastal line of premium wines. Carefully crafted by our winemaking team, Callaway Coastal wines are well balanced, with fresh fruit flavor, round body and crisp character, making them a perfect complement to today's lighter, more eclectic cuisine. The fruit for Callaway Coastal wines is sourced primarily from vineyards in the South and Central Coasts of California.
Alex's Red Barn Winery
The winery is owned and operated by the Yakut Family; composed of Alex and Lise Yakut . We have been in the wine industry for about twenty years, mostly as growers of prime quality wine grapes, and we sold our grapes to wineries throughout California and beyond. Our 25-acre vineyard was established by land developers in the 1960s to demonstrate the Temecula Valley area's wine grape growing capability to potential land purchasers.
Bella Vista Cilurzo Vineyard & Winery
History: The sleepy little town of Temecula seemed the perfect place to buy some land for a future retirement home. So in 1967 Vincenzo Cilurzo, an ABC-TV Emmy Award winning Lighting Director, and his wife Audrey purchased a 100 acre parcel. A weather study indicated the same climate as the mid-Napa area. In 1968 the Cilurzos planted the first commercial vineyard in Temecula, 40 acres of premium Petite Sirah and Chenin Blanc.
Falkner Winery
Falkner Winery is located high on a hill with a spectacular view overlooking the entire Temecula Valley. It was founded in 2000 by Ray and Loretta Falkner of Falkner Winery, Inc. Falkner Winery produces premium wines with outstanding varietal character from grapes that are grown on the estate. The Falkner's take pride in their quality wines and availability of unique gifts.
Filsinger Vineyards & Winery
It was a natural for Katharine and William Filsinger to follow in the footsteps of Bill's family owned winery in Germany. Kathy and Bill began by purchasing 35 acres of vineyards in the Temecula Valley in 1978 and as the grapes thrived, they started their own winery 2 years later. Their youngest son, Eric W. Filsinger, came on board 8 years ago as cellar master in 1990 and in 1992 was promoted to assistant winemaker.
Keyways Vineyard & Winery
Keyways is a small winery that opened in October 1989. Keyways goal is to uphold the quality of their wines and to produce a limited bottling of most premium varietal wines. Production is approximately 3,700 cases per year.
Currently, wines produced by Keyways are Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Viogner, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petite Syrah, Riesling, Old Vine Zinfandel, Late Harvest Zinfandel, a few, select small lot varietals. Their newest release is a red Zinfandel produced from wines dating back almost 40 years on their own estate.
Leonesse Cellars
The word Leonesse, meaning "village of dreams," is the inspiration behind our lifelong quest to create world class wines from the finest vineyards in the Temecula Valley. Nestled in the rolling hills and vineyards of Temecula's wine country, Leonesse Cellars offers a warm, enchanting setting where visitors can enjoy great wines, spectacular views, and wonderful times with family and friends. Leonesse Cellars was founded in 2003 by Mike Rennie and Gary Winder, who together have nearly fifty years of agriculture and grape-growing experience in the Temecula Valley. Their combined experience has lead to a true understanding of growing wine grapes of the highest quality, grapes which are concentrated, balanced, and ripe, ultimately producing wines of incredible depth and flavor.
Longshadow Ranch
Tradition from six generations has brought these fine wines to your table. The now all but lost art of working the land with draft horses and machinery from days gone by is still carried on by our family. Bottled with pride, these wines are a reflection of our heritage. We hope you enjoy them as much as we have loved bringing them to you, and we invite you to come out and visit us here at the ranch in Temecula.
Our beautiful valley is filled with history and charm of “the old west”. Take a carriage ride through our vineyards and see for yourself why we do things the old fashioned way.
Maurice Car'rie Vineyard & Winery
G. Budd and Maurice C. Van Roekel relocated from Orange County a short way down the California coast to Temecula in 1984 to settle into retirement. When they discovered Temecula Valley Wine Country, however, the Van Roekels decided they would "try one more venture."
They purchased a 46 acre vineyard in the Temecula Valley planted in 1968 -- the first vineyard established in the region. Then it was time to construct a winery. They chose a Victorian-style farmhouse architectural design, complete with gazebo, and in 1986 the Maurice Car’rie Vineyard and Winery was in business.
Miramonte Winery
One of the newest wineries in Temecula, Miramonte Winery has already made a clear name for itself with its wonderful ambience, impressive wine program and one of the most stunning views in the valley.
"We believe the enjoyment of wine should be a rich and lasting experience," says Cane Vanderhoof, espousing the winery's philosophy. "So, our tasting room is beautiful, our wines are handcrafted, our view is stunning, and our staff is warm-hearted, knowledgeable and real. For us, the experience begins with our wonderful wines --- and extends well beyond."

The winery grows most of the grapes for its wines on the 173 acre estate which includes 92 acres of vineyards, concert and picnic grounds, plus the winery and visitor's center.
The first vineyards were established in 1969 by founder John Poole. Today, the winery is run by John's son Peter Poole, making it the first winery in the Temecula region to operate under second generation leadership. Peter believes that is significant since he has been able to apply the lessons learned from his experience during the early days in the region.
Palumbo Family Vineyards and Winery
Palumbo Family Vineyards is committed to small lot, hand-crafted wines from varieties that are grown on the property.
Nicholas Palumbo, passionate Viticulturist and budding Enologist, believes in producing only what he grows himself. The unique terroir of his 12-acre vineyard provides perfect conditions for Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc varietals.
“ Our wines get their depth and character from their small-scale production. Every step of the growing process is closely monitored. I know what goes into every grape, crush the wine myself, and pour my soul into every sip.”
